Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Bring a slightly buttered pan to medium heat.
Use a ⅓ cup to scoop out pancake batter, drop batter onto the pan and when they start to bubble on the top, flip them.
Cook the other side as well, until golden brown and serve right away with your preferred toppings.
Enjoy them. 🙂
Notes
I like to use the superfood powder so my kids get healthy nutrients in the form of a pancake. The powder is so delicious anyway!Medium size mixing bowl is probably enough unless you double the portion that I often do 🙂.PS: My kids’ favourites are the strawberry and the chocolate ones. I sometimes add my collagen powder into the batter mix as well but that is completely optional.
