One of the kids’ all-time favorites is pancakes. No matter how big a batch I make, they disappear in no time.

And even though I still love making all kinds of pancakes with different textures and flavors, our newest favorite is protein pancakes. We’re trying to eat healthily, and I finally found the perfect recipe that can also be made in different flavors.

I hope you’ll love it as much as we do. Besides the taste, the best part is that you can enjoy it guilt-free thanks to the great ingredients.

Notes

I like to use the superfood powder so my kids get healthy nutrients in the form of a pancake. The powder is so delicious anyway!
Medium size mixing bowl is probably enough unless you double the portion that I often do πŸ™‚.
PS: My kids’ favourites are the strawberry and the chocolate ones. I sometimes add my collagen powder into the batter mix as well but that is completely optional.
